a.       Financial Report (quarterly)

3rd quarter report was presented by Father Ogg.  The Finance Council will be revisiting the Holy Name School income statement to review some questions.  Father explained the income statement and explained how the monies are being used and distributed into the different funds.

Finance Council made a motion that the chair of the Finance Council will write a letter to the school board, principal, and pastor to look at this closer and address income and expenses.  A two year window has been given to the board to address this issue of income and expenses.  The letter is in the process of being developed by the financial council to address the issues to the school board.

Some discussions occurred about the lunch program, health care, and day care, and how to reduce these expenses.

School tuition assistance concerns were brought up by Laurie Ross to see what will be done with the amount of money given to the people in need.
