Don't Forget! Honors Mass is tomorrow. Family members are invited to attend. Mass begins at 8:20 a.m. We hope to see you there!

All School Movie: The PTO sponsored, all school movie is tomorrow. We will be watching "The Tooth Fairy," which is rated PG. All students who sold the minimum required number of raffle tickets are eligible to attend this movie. We will leave the school by 12:30 p.m. and be back when school ends at 3 p.m.

Can and Spirit Day: Monday is Can and Spirit Day. Please remember to bring your aluminum cans for recycling!

2nd Grade Post Office: Next week will be the start of the 2nd grade post office. Parents may participate in this by dropping off a Valentine at the office to be delivered to your child. There will be a box labeled Post Office - 828OF. Simply write your child's name on the envelope and be sure to include his/her classroom zip code. The post office will start on Monday and end at noon on Friday, February 12. Thank you for helping to make this fun and successful! Zip codes are attached to this newsletter! Catholic Schools Week: January 31 - February 5: We started off the weekend with a total of 75 HNCS students serving at one of the 4 weekend Masses in some capacity: readers, choir, altar servers, skits/presentations, taking up the gifts, etc. They did a fantastic job! Thank you for your support int his endeavor. We had a fair response following the weekend Masses with people coming over to the school. We plan to set up the classroom display boards after the Masses this coming weekend for those who were unable to view them at the school.

David Johnson, Superintendent of Catholic Schools and Deacon Vernon Dobelmann, both from Cheyenne, visited each of the classrooms and distributed medals to each student on behalf of Bishop Etienne.

We will continue with our weeklong activities to celebrate Catholic Schools Week. A copy of the week's activities was attached to last week's newsletter and is posted on our webpage.

OOPS! We got a bit ahead of ourselves! Mayfest tickets will be distributed with the newsletter next week, rather than today.

Mayfest: Come be a part of "The Roarin' 20s!" Everyone is invited to attend the next Mayfest planning meeting on Wednesday, February 10 at 5:30 p.m. in the Parish Center. We are looking for help in all areas, and everything counts toward PIP hours! If you can't make the meeting but want to help, please call Theresa Winnop @ 674-4148.

Christmas Program DVD's: We still have some DVD's from the Christmas program available for sale. Stop by the school office to pick your up or to purchase one. DVD's are $10 each.
