Dear Parents:

WE HOPE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND OUR CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK EVENTS!!

Catholic Schools Week: Catholic Schools Week begins this weekend and our students are scheduled to assist at all 4 of the Masses on Saturday and Sunday. Thank you very much in advance for your participation.

Of special note: We will be coming bak to the school for cinnamon rolls, coffee, and juice after the Masses. Parents are invited to view our display boards and/or tour the school. For a complete schedule of the week's events, please see the attachment.

Parents are also invited to attend the alumni/volunteer lunch on Wednesday (Feb. 3). This meal will include turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes, tropical fruit, a roll, and ice cream. If you plan to attend this lunch, please call in advance so that we can prepare enough food for everyone. Parents are also invited to meet the members of their children's family groups on Friday morning from 7:50-8:10 a.m. Parents may then stay for School Mass at 8:20 if their schedules allow.

Science Fair: The viewing of the upper school science fair projects will be on Thursday, February 4, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria.

All School Movie: The PTO sponsored, all school movie is set for Friday, February 5. We will be going to watch "The Tooth Fairy," which is rated PG. The PTO sponsors this movie as a reward for raffle ticket sales from the carnival and chili supper in October. All students who sold the minimum required number of raffle tickets are eligible to attend this movie.

Honors Mass: Honors Mass is set for Friday, February 5. Family members are welcome to attend. Mass begins at 8:20 a.m.

Sack Lunch Day: Students who are planning to eat hot lunch on Thursday, February 4 will receive a sack lunch to eat in the classroom. Due to the HNCS science fair, the cafeteria will not be available that day.

Mayfest Tickets Available: Tickets for Mayfest are ready to distribute. This year, each family is being asked to sell at least 40 tickets. Tickets are in bundles of 45 and there are extras in the school office. If you would like to get started selling, stop by the office and pick up your tickets, otherwise they will be sent home with the next newsletter.

DVD's Still Available: If you ordered a DVD from the Christmas program, please stop by the office and pick it up. There are still several available for purchase in the school office as well.
