NO SCHOOL TOMORROW - TEACHER IN-SERVICE

Parents of HNCS Students Focus Group: The Reid Group has scheduled another time to visit with parents of HNCS students tomorrow at noon in the Parish Hall. The Reid Group is doing the feasibility study that the parish is conducting to determine how we will address our future needs. Please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend.

DVD's Still Available: Please stop by the office and pick up your DVD from the Christmas program if you ordered one. There are still several available for purchase in the school office.

Catholic Schools Week Events: Please mark your calendars...We plan to have our students assist at all 4 of the weekend Masses on Jan. 30-31. Permission slips will be going home today with students for a commitment to help at one of the Masses. Please return them on Monday.

Parents are invited to attend the alumni/volunteer lunch on Wednesday (Feb. 3) of Catholic Schools Week. Parents are also invited to meet the members of their children's family groups on Friday morning from 7:50-8:10 a.m. Parents may then stay for School Mass at 8:20 if their schedules will allow. A complete schedule of Catholic Schools Week events will be attached to next week's newsletter.

Sports Attire Day: The next Student Council Spirit Day for HNCS is set for Thursday, January 28. Students are invited to wear the jersey or uniform of their favorite sport or sports team on this day. Students may wear jerseys, T-shirts, hats, socks, or shoes that represent their favorite sport or team.

All School Movie: The PTO all school movie is set for Friday, February 5. We will be going to watch "The Tooth Fairy," which is rated PG.

Parents!!! Mayfest tickets are ready to distribute. This year, each family is asked to sell at least 40 tickets. If you would like to pick up the tickets early to get started selling, you may come to the school office any time during school hours. Otherwise, the tickets will be given to the students with the first newsletter in February. This is the largest fundraiser of the year for our school! Thank you for all your help!
